The Enrollment Management Division provides real-time transactional student data from the production environment. Depending on the purpose of the request – we may have to refer you to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness for your data. All requests will be reviewed by the Registrar for FERPA compliance.

For all data requests, please contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. If you are unable to find the data you are looking for, then please fill out the request form below. Requests will generally be answered within one week from Registrar approval, depending on complexity. In many cases, someone from our office will contact you to discuss your request in more detail.

In general, data will only be provided in the aggregate. All requests must adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data. Depending on the nature of the data, some requests take longer than others.
