Habitat Work Day

9 - 11 a.m.

If you love working outdoors or just want to help the environment, EIH has an opportunity for you to do both! We'll meet in the garden at the NOA 1 Building. Help weed and mulch flower beds, plant native plants, and maintain pathways. No experience is necessary to volunteer. We'll show you what goes and what stays. Be sure to bring a reusable water bottle and sun protection. We'll bring the snacks!

USA Staff vs. Student Kickball

The University Staff Association will be hosting a staff vs. student kickball game on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 12p-2p in the Campus Recreation & Wellness Backyard. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to participate! Games will begin every 30 minutes and whoever is there will be able to play. We also would love to have individuals cheering the teams on. Feel free to stop by and support, too! We hope you can come out and join us for some friendly competition! Go Hawks!

MECA Ballet Folklórico Performance & Reception

Join UHCL Pearland to close out Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration with a performance the MECA Ballet Folklórico. We will have light refreshments, pan dulce, aguas frescas and other crafts and activities for the whole family. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and the performance will start at 7 p.m.
