Dr. Hanna is a professor of Decision Sciences at University of Houston-Clear Lake. His research interests include applications of mathematical models in finance and he has authored best-selling books in quantitative methods. He served as vice-president and member of the board of directors of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) and as President of the Southwest DSI. His recognitions include the Beta Alpha Psi Professor of the Year Award, the Beta Gamma Sigma Outstanding Scholar Award, the SWDSI Distinguished Service and Outstanding Educator Awards, and the UHCL President's Distinguished Service and Faculty Fellowship Awards.
