Event Participation Guidelines

  1. All UHCL Office of Admissions events are family-friendly. Table activities must be appropriate for all ages. Promotional materials for organizations and events must be appropriate for students 12 years and older.

  2. Any special requests, including requests to be placed near a power or water source, must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the date of the event.

  3. All participants must wear UHCL paraphernalia, their organization's paraphernalia or business casual attire. Participants must not wear other schools' or institutions' paraphernalia during the event.

  4. If the organization or participants must cancel or if a change has been made in those participating in the event, the organization's contact person must notify the Office of Admissions at least two days prior to the event.

  5. If any special requests or an accommodation for a disability is needed in order to participate in this program after this form has been submitted, the organization's contact should contact the Office of Admissions at 281- 283-2515 or at least one week prior to the event to arrange for the accommodation.
