Minimum qualifications for active student membership shall be as follows:

All current and former separated members of the active duty and reserve components (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, & Coast Guard) as indicated on their appropriate separation documents and reserve component discharge certificates, Individual Ready

Reserve, members of a recognized reserve officer training program (ROTC) and family members of these service men and women, and UHCL faculty and staff.
