Off-campus access to more than 180 databases, including many full-text and full-image resources, is available.

Borrowing Privileges
Students enrolled in offsite classes have the same privileges as other UHCL students.
- Books may be checked out for 3 weeks.
- Holds may be placed for needed materials currently checked out by
- sending a detailed comment or email
- please include
- name
- ID number
- phone number and/or email address
- author, title, and call number of the desired material
- When borrowing in person, present a valid ID at the Circulation Desk.

Materials also may be requested from UHCL by completing the distance education request forms on the library's web site or in person at the UH System at Sugar Land/Centraplex Library. You may request items not owned by UHCL as well as items owned. The Neumann Library will borrow any items not owned via Interlibrary Loan.

TexShare Services
- You can get a TexShare card to borrow at any cooperating TexShare library.
- Application forms for a TexShare card are available online.
- Your card will be mailed to you upon receipt of your application.
